REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: You acknowledge that membership to this website is a monthly charged subscription service and by joining as a member, you authorize that monthly renewals of your membership will occur and that you will remain a member of this site until you cancel your subscription by visiting our account self-management support site at this link: PFC Media and following the steps given. You further understand and agree that as a member you are required to cancel your own membership via our account self-management support site and that all cancellations must be done by you the customer at least 24 hours prior to the end of current membership period to avoid rebilling and that all cancellations cannot be accepted until at least 24 hours after the initial signup to allow for proper processing of the subscription and activation of the account. You further realize and agree that one month and three month and 12 month membership options are rebilled and their respective one month, three month, and one-year billing renewal periods and that six month and one year membership options are paid in full all at once in a single charge. You further realize and agree that paid memberships to PINUPPORNSTARS.COM are non-refundable except in cases of identity theft fraud, and all requests for refunds of memberships to PINUPPORNSTARS.COM are handled on an individual case-by-case basis that review for such fraud. You further agree that calling your credit card company or bank to dispute and refuse the charges made by your legitimate purchase is not a legitimate method of cancellation of your membership, nor its renewing subscription charges. You agree also that any credit card or bank disputes made against the legitimate membership fees which you are agreeing to will result in your account with PINUPPORNSTARS.COM being sent to a collections agency where you will be liable for no less than double the amount of the original charge, as well as subject to the bank penalties and fees that are associated with such a chargeback and all unpaid charges will remain on your credit report for no less than 7 years. All fraudulent charges are reported to local authorities as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on a monthly basis.

Members who purchase a trial membership are subject to this limit applying to their main account, but shall be upgraded accordingly upon upgrade from trial membership to full membership.
  13. Models who appear via live cam show are subject to the rules and conditions of the cam site through which the show is broadcast and have schedules that are subject to change without notice.
  14. Trial memberships are limited in the number of days they last (either one, two or three days, depending on the membership option selected) and are also limited in the amount of content that can be accessed. Only full memberships allow access to all content on the site.
